Vertical Water Tanks - ideal for Rainwater storage on the farm *plus note that there are tax benefits*
Rainwater harvesting can present farmers with the benefits of a reduction in mains water supply costs & sewerage costs, with the added benefit of tax relief in year one.
Collect the rainwater from barns, outhouses, stables or farm stores.
Rainwater held in these tanks is perfect for crop spraying (Rainwater is considered better than mains water for spraying some crop protection products) and sprayer wash down, machinery and yard washing.
Enduramaxx Water Tanks are manufactured in fourteen sizes; 500, 720, 1250, 2500, 4000, 5000, 5500, 7000, 8500, 10000, 12000, 16000, 20000 and 25000 litre capacities. The tanks are guaranteed not to rust or corrode and are widely used for rainwater storage.
Did you know that rainwater harvesting equipment can be subject to the Enhanced Capital Allowance Scheme? The ECA scheme allows UK businesses to write off up to the whole cost of the equipment against taxable profits of the year of purchase. (Qualifying equipment is listed on the Water Technology List, managed by DEFRA and HMRC). More information about rainwater harvesting.
Rainwater Utilisation

1. The Filter
Dirt particles & debris are separated from the water.
All filters have colters which are easy to remove and easy to clean.
2. Calmed inlet
The calmed inlet ensures that oxygenated water is introduced to the lower layers of the stored water in the tank. This oxygen rich water prevents anaerobic reducing conditions forming in the tank and ensures that the water stays fresh
3.Overflow siphon
Any particles that are lighter than water (e.g flower pollen) float slowly to the water surface and will be removed by the skimmer effect of the siphon.
Features - The tanks are manufactured from UV stabilised polyethylene making them tough and durable. Their ribbed design provides added strength and an attractive appearance. The tanks are moulded as one piece to ensure a long term structural strength and are manufactured will a maximum wall thickness at the base - where it is needed. The tanks DO NOT rust or corrode and are impact resistant. Backed with a 10 year warranty*
*(Conditions apply)
All tanks from 1250Litres have moulded lifting lugs (pic1). All tanks are supplied with 1 x BSP outlet (pic2). All tanks come with a screw on access lid for easy inspection (pic3). We can provide a variety of valves, the one shown (pic4) is designed specifically for attachment to sprayers which require a Male camlock Banjo fitting for simple and quick connection

We can supply the complete harvesting kit (inc filter, siphon overflow, calmed inlet & internal pipe) for your tank, plus all fittings that you require.

Rainwater storage - Is not just for Agriculture! but for Commercial/Public and Private properties
Harvested roof rainwater is not only a free resource, but is ideal for use in washing machines, toilet flushing, car washing and garden watering in homes, in public buildings and in industry.
The use of rainwater is not only good for the environment but reduces mains water supply costs and when coupled with the enhanced capital allowance scheme, makes good financial sense. Rainwater harvesting can also help alleviate storm water management and flooding issues by redirecting water that would otherwise go straight to surface water drains.
Rainwater is collected from the roof via the guttering. The downpipe from the gutter is connected to a storage tank, where the rainwater is filtered and distributed to the various home or garden appliances by means of a Pumping Control Unit. In the event that the rainwater in the tank empties, or falls below a predetermined level, the system automatically switches to the Mains Water Supply until such a time as the storage tank is refilled with rainwater.
